Stone Soup Art Contest
Stone Soup Cottage of Cottleville was pleased to announce Boys and Girls Club of Saint Charles County member Troy Palmer as the winner of the Stone Soup Art Contest. Troy Palmer’s work will be featured in a recipe book that will be available for sale at Stone Soup. Restaurant owners Carl and Nancy McConnell awarded Troy a five hundred dollar savings bond as well.
